So I really havent been on the program for weeks. I can pretend I have been but really I havent. what the heck is wrong with my? i know the program works! I have lost 25 pounds with WW. Well, yesterday I ate. and ate. and then ate some more...ugh.....
Now i am going to work..so far today I have had some frozen veggies, small baked potato and a small piece of steak. The plan is to have a piece of grilled chicken tonight with some veggies. I will let you know how that goes..
The other plan is to go to the gym Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday this week. I have to...I HAVE TOO!!!!!
