Weigh in

I went to weigh in and had a gain of .6 pounds! Should I be sad? Probably! But I am not because I thought I thought I had gained several pounds since the last weigh in!!! I will take it!

Since I am going to be honest, I should tell you that I ate pizza yesterday. 4 pieces. and they had pepperoni an sausage. Then, before weigh in I had breakfast at Bible Study which included, pigs in a blanket, one sausage ball, and cheese and crackers.

Now, I didn't care what I are because I knew my weight was going to be up any way. So, my thinking is had I not eaten one less piece of pizza or skipped breakfast would I have gained as much? Not going to work on details.

Wednesdays are my fat days. Between Bible Study ( where I usually skip breakfast) and lunch after weigh in and trivia, I don't make the best choices.

But Donna got me into eating a healthier choice at lunch (Mexican). Chicken fajitas with corn tortillas, rice and beans without cheese, sour cream or guacamole. Honestly, I could probably save the points and not eat the tortillas but what the heck?

When I eat out I need to focus on socializing and not making the food the biggest event!

So you should know that you motivate me. I have been on WW hiatus for about 7 weeks now, and before that, I went one time, but skipped the 5 or 6 weeks before. Since the last seven weeks, and vacation, I have gained, I think 5-7 pounds back. My thoughts have been....I need to just lose back to what I was and then I will go. But you've mentioned the meetings, and that's what I need more than anything. SOOOO (and I'm writing this, so it will make me more apt to do it).....I'm weighing in tomorrow night no matter what. No matter the gain. And I'll start from there, one day at a time. Maybe I should start a blog, too. Does it help hold you accountable?

I like the new blog! Way to go on going to the meetings, it's all over once you stop, I know that one from too many times. Hang in there!!! I am off to eat a 1pt WW fudge ice cream bar - yummy!! Seriously, they are so good!
